Creepy vibes and dirty sheets
So, there was this guy who cried and talked to himself outside my window for 2 nights and it was just strange. Found sticky floors and dirty towels in the room. Had some hot water though, nice. But the place is more pricy than it's worth. No thanks!

The staff is very nice, good price for the area, there are a lot of dumpy hotels on 6th street, this is not one of them.
Did not see the morning coffee

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect and the staff are very friendly. You could walk to shopping centers and a market.

This place was perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the clean and comfy room, and the best part was being just a short drive from the Silverlakes Sports Complex, where the kids had a blast! Plus, it was great to have our small dog with us.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities or a small playground area. It would be great for families to have some outdoor fun on site.

I greatly enjoyed convenient and unbeatable location of this property.
I have stayed here before now, it's still a wonderful hotel. They gave me neat and modern room with microwave, decent bathroom and refrigerator and microwave. The staff was all superbly friendly and really friendly.

Cable tv (channel 65 is not for kids ;), in-room jacuzzi (more of a glorified bathtub w/spa jets), area restaurants of varying cuisine within short walking distance. I was very hot when I checked in, having just come from Hootenanny festival on July 2, and the desk clerk offered me a cold bottle of water, straight away. Very kind!
Plumbing is exceedingly noisy (neighbor toilet, shower, etc, very loud in the room), must pay for ice ($,50 I think-- not sure; I wasn't buying), sketchy area after 10:00pm: cops all over, folks hanging out looking like they're waiting to score (interesting, but kinda edgey)

They're a game changer! Not to mention, the quick check-in and check-out process was easy. Plus, the comfy bed made it decent for a quick rest after exploring the nearby eateries like El Pollo Kri-Ollo and Hong Kong Restaurant!
Now, on the flip side, the place was a total dirty dive. Walls needed a scrub, and let's not even talk about the rude receptionist! I seemed like I was in a scene from a horror movie with the vibes inside. Had to check out early because everything just felt off. Did I mention I had issues with my refund? Talk about bad energies!

Unfortunately, my experience was quite uncomfortable. I noticed several insect issues, made my family uneasy. Although the hotel staff fixed the showerhead quickly, the room itself had persistent cleanliness issues that were hard to overlook. It feels frustrating to have to deal with these nuisances .

The area was surprisingly quiet and safe, which is a big plus for me. My room was clean and I appreciated the access to a washer and dryer, especially since I was traveling with my toddler. The phone in the room didn't work, and it would have been nice to have more laundry machines available. It was a pleasant experience, and given the reasonable price, I’d consider staying again.

I appreciated the convenient location. The check-in process was easy, quick and efficient. Parking right in front of my room was a big plus, providing easy access to my vehicle. The room could really use some serious attention. The pillows felt flat, almost like I was sleeping on nothing, so I had to buy some from Target. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, unsettling. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and the hair dryer barely worked. Check-in took longer than expected due to a faulty ID scanner, and there was no apology for the wait.

It was a quiet and clean stay with comfortable rooms. I loved the microwave and fridge. Just be aware of some traffic in the area at night.

Despite clean rooms and quick check-in, a barking dog and dirty sheets marred my experience. The front desk clerk was the highlight during this uncomfortable stay.

Couples looking for basic comfort
The receptionist was quite polite and helpful, made the check-in process smooth. The room was clean and had a decent amount of space for a budget motel.
It wasn't exactly a steal but the price was still reasonable for what you get.
